November 28 Inner StrengthWell, I could have eneded up feeling quite low today, but I am not going to. It is still only early afternoon and I have been thinking too much again. :( It always happens when The old grey matter gets stuck on something that it can't seem to solve :( If nothing changes then nothing changes. (that is my own thought for now.) So If I want something to improve and be better I must do something about it. Otherwise I will have to leave it to chance and other people and I don't really trust the outcome of those too much. The old bard got it right when he said , 'To be or not to be......'
So my inner strength and ultimately my happiness comes from me and the happiness of others is also to some extent dependant on me. We each must play our part to the full. Life is for living. :)

November 19 RealitySpaces, spaces everywhere and not a drop to drink!
I seem to be a bit stuck today on thinking. This is a bit of an occupational hazard for me. Too much thinking can be a bit destructive and not always helpful, but I am wondering about the reality and validity of spaces.
I started my space as something to do. I looked upon it as a way of connecting with new people and hopefuly getting to know them and of course making new friends. To some extent this has worked and I now have Space Friends that I can exchange ideas with and share thoughts. I have been able to see things from different perspectives and points of view. If you have ever had a pen pal or similar for a long time you will understand how I feel. I wonder if we really get to know each other in this way. I suspect not, but then we are able to see some of the positive points of someone, without perhaps too many of the negative points. I do really appreciate the comments and kind words that I receive from my friends and other people that use spaces. I really look forward to getting something new from someone, so please keep commenting. We don't have to agree on everything, it really doesn't matter, but we in some way are building a kind of community or social gathering. That is probably the main importance for Spaces. The social interaction of fellow human beings, who share a little of their lives.

I have always liked cars for as long as I can remember. I like almost any cars practically. Some of My favourites of all time are:-

I also love landrovers.. I have an old one, which is really a hobby , as I am afraid it is /was (hopefully cured now) the most unreliable vehicle ever, but I still love it. I keep replacing bits on it and then something else goes!!!!!! Never mind I enjoy tinkering.
The only true sports car that I have owned was a black Sunbeam Alpine Open Top sports, which had wire wheels, overdrive and a wooden steering wheel. It was great! I used to scare myself trying to get home before the all alloy engine got too hot. !!!! What fun! :)
I have had two SAAB s, which I also love, one a 900GLS and another a 9000S with leather seats, which I still have. I makes beautiful sounds as you accelerate through the gears! That now needs some work, but it still drives beautifully with only 208000 miles on the clock!!!! I drive a diesel Citroen for everyday use, which is good, but not so much pleasure to drive as the SAAB.

Can't think of anything to say. The sensible thing would be not to say anything, but as this is my space I can say what I want. So blah, blah, blah.......

 The more you drink........................... November 01 Favourite Place Your Favourite Place?
You know That I like Scotland, so my favourite place is a little place near Arisaig. I am not sure if it even has a name, but The Back of Kepuch is near. It is a set of beaches on the West coast of Scotland in a remote area on the way to Mallaig and the Ferries to the island of Skye. The beaches have the whitest sand and a very clean clear sea. There are many sea shells on the beaches, with rocks and little hills and islets everywhere. The sun always seems to shine when I am there. The beach just happens at the side of the road. It is a very special place.
